All refunds must be requested within seven (7) days of the initial purchase. Please include your name, email address, purchase date, invoice number, the product being returned, and the reason the refund is being requested with your request. We will refund the purchase price of the products returned to Business Plan Success less a 10% processing fee to the credit card used for the purchase. We request that you verify in your refund request that you have removed all copies of the software from your computer. All requested information must be submitted for the refund to be issued.
